Please make a tutorial for the spore blossom particle effect ~ Andrea Rizzo

LIST OF KEY FEATURES (Required)

[ ] Random floating particles around a block.

ADDITIONAL CONTEXT (Optional)

Create a advanced tutorial using the procedure command and make some of the settings random so they do a bunch of interesting stuff while allowing the particles to be seen form a far distance.
