[Feature Request] Trigger device_tracker update via MQTT #91

I would like to request a feature to send a MQTT packet to send a device_tracker update.

I would like to set the device_tracker update interval to once an hour and then trigger updates once a minute while I'm in a car from a home-assistant automation.
