Update version of PDFBox. #98

Our PDF generators are using PDFbox 2.0.4. Version 3.0.0 is available in a release candidate, but even upgrading to 4.0.24 may offer some advantages as they've done a number of bug fixes even in the 4.0.24 version.

Not yet updated as of 2022 02 11. Also, jsPDF is version 1.0.272 and the latest version is v2.5.1 See https://github.com/parallax/jsPDF

Not in Viewer or GUI Builder projects.

Edited: I see now. PDFBox not updated. Different from jsPDF.
