To reproduce:
Open GUI Buidler.
Use Sample Matrix.
Click next until you get to the "Format Heat Map" page.
Click Show Advanced Features.
Select Heat Map Gaps.
Enter 1,2,3 in row gaps.
Change Gap Length to 99.
Click Next to get to last page.
Click "Get NG-CHM File".
Load that file in the NG-CHM Viewer.
Right click on detail and select option to upload all to GUI Builder.
In Builder click Next multiple times until you get to the Format Heat Map page.
(Before that you will see Warnings that gap values 200 and 300 have been ignored)
On that page, select "Heat Map Gaps"
You'll see that the 1,2,3 gaps have now changed to 100,200,300.
