Drag-Select code still enabled on Summary map in Builder and creates errors in console. #64

To reproduce: Open developer's console. Create map using sample map. On any of the builder pages where only the summary page is shown by default, shift drag on the summary map.

Errors appear in console: chmWidget-min.js?v=22f866c2d25551e755cbf2015288b903:743 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set properties of null (setting 'selectedIsDendrogram') at f.onMouseUpCanvas [as ontouchend] (ngchmWidget-min.js?v=22f866c2d25551e755cbf2015288b903:743:304) f

Fixed in release 2.22.0.
