To reproduce:
Open sample map in builder.
Click next until you get to last page. (all defaults on previous pages are OK.)
In summary panel, drag select some area.
Use either mouse wheel or zoom out button on detail panel to zoom out to full extent of map as allowed by selection made in summary view.
Most of detail panel will be white with the whole main map areas displayed at bottom left portion of the detail panel.
Does not happen in the viewer by itself, only when in the builder.
No errors appear in console.
