Warn user about NGCHMSupportFiles and envs #47

When a user loads the package, check if the environment variables SHAIDYMAPGEN and NGCHMWIDGETPATH (from NGCHMSupportFiles) are set. If they are not, warn the user and let them know to install and load the NGCHMSupportFiles package.
