Add info about NGCHMSupportFiles early in `?NGCHM` #48

When using ?NGCHM in R, the user isn't told about NGCHMSupportFiles until the examples. Put that information earlier in the help, along with information on how to download NGCHMSupportFiles. Include the same information about NGCHMDemoData.
