Given a city, name or coordinates, what is the risk of a water shortage? Where the "risk of water shortage" is derived from Timescale and Magnitude in risk dataset or predicted if the results are not available for this city. The prediction willl be performed by spatial clustering around known points, estimated population density from available API and countries Economic Fitness , Human Development Index and Education Statistics . There are also other datasets referring to countries and can be consulted.
Extend the previous suggestion by constructing a hoverable (for known risks) and clickable (for unknown risks) map using Bokeh Server
Adding to that: the Water Poverty Index (WPI) could also be interesting.
Maybe we could also add time/year to the above research question? As such we can provide the likelihood of a water shortage for a given city as a function of time (most likely increasing with time) but should be interesting to evaluate the different graphs/models.

Given a city, name or coordinates, what is the risk of a water shortage and if significant, its urgency? Here magnitude and timescale can, for example, be concatenated and treated as a risk-urgency-class.
