Suggestions:

Given a city, name or coordinates, what is the risk of a water shortage? Where the "risk of water shortage" is derived from Timescale and Magnitude in risk dataset.

Given a city, name or coordinates, what is the risk of a water shortage and if significant, its urgency? Here magnitude and timescale can, for example, be concatenated and treated as a risk-urgency-class.

Adding to that: the Water Poverty Index (WPI) could also be interesting.

Maybe we could also add time/year to the above research question? As such we can provide the likelihood of a water shortage for a given city as a function of time (most likely increasing with time) but should be interesting to evaluate the different graphs/models.
