A class to train, test and save the model predictions needs to be manufactured (eg. WaterSecurityMLHandler), or a corresponding well-documented notebook, or both. (The notebook in that case would be used for the visualization of confusion matrices, other metrics, as well as to provide a walkthrough of how to build and save the model)
