Merge the individually imputed dataframes in prep_hdro_v2 and export as csv #35

Merge the dfs again after you have imputed them individually. Then you can also perform the pca on this df and not the old one.

Imputing the databases individually didn't seem to work that much on handling the missing data. However, there are good correlations in between the datasets so I'm also adding that part in addition to the PCA

@ekaan what is the status of this? I thought it was completed, with only the pca left, right?

@VasLem im gonna have a quick meeting with Kaan in 1h and we're hopefully gonna close it then.

I have already finished it but just wanted to ask a small thing to Joachim, creating the pull request now
