I think it's very nice work and it's convenient that they are all gathered together

@bajo1207 could you upload the aquastat_preprocessed.csv file?
It seems that the data are sufficient, so I don't think that we need to collect more, right @VasLem?

Fair points from both of you. I have added the aquastat_preprocessed.csv. I'll look into the loading if it becomes a problem.

Edit: It became a problem, i'll change the file structure slightly.
