Update hackathon materials #10

Thanks, @fiona-naughton, for getting started on the hackathon directory! I wanted to open another issue to track things that are yet to be done here - feel free to take/or leave as is relevant:

[ ] Add introduction slides (also add to README schedule)
[ ] Add showcase template ( similar to what we did for UGM 2023 ) - it will be good to also ultimately link to the shared slides for the showcase in the README schedule

@fiona-naughton @IAlibay - is anything needed here for introducing the hackathon or providing templates for the showcase?

I'm aiming to get some intro slides up later today. For the showcase, we're thinking of providing a link to a google slides doc that people can directly edit this time, but just need to think on the logistics of that.
