Add presentation slides to repo #51

To make sure everyone's hard work doesn't go missing and to showcase some of the great talks that came out of the last UGM, it'd be great to add additional presentation slides to the repo. For example, @IAlibay's State of the Union and @fiona-naughton / @ianmkenney 's talks are currently unavailable.

Thank you @IAlibay and @ianmkenney for pointing me to your talks on Zenodo. I've opened a PR with the PDFs uploaded and links to the Zenodo citations.

@fiona-naughton - I didn't see your presentation on Zenodo or elsewhere. Please correct me if this is wrong.
