From UGM2023 TODO

I don't think that we made it mandatory to deposit presentations but we should have an option for presenters to put materials here.

[x] folder set up for presentations/notebooks
[x] top level README.md that explains how to deposit materials (ie a PR)
[x] minimal README.md with presenter name and talk title that references presentation (PDF) and other material to make it easily accessible (make a template)

For our content (e.g. hackathon #3 ) we need to make content publicly available.
