@lilyminium ready for review. Also I was hoping that there would be an artifact of an constructed package as a sanity check, but I can't seem to find it.

I think merges to main create an artifact, but PRs don't themselves. We could turn it on and hope it doesn't clutter our space overly, if tit's helpful for CI!
