[WIP] Switch docs to new mdanalysis-sphinx-theme #146

Unfortunately I'm having trouble building this locally, most likely I'm missing some dependnecy on VCL? (it's not in the build docs as far as I can tell?).

Work done in this PR:

Try switching to the mdanalysis-sphinx-theme.
Update author names
Add pycache to gitignore

In consideration to #97 I'm going to hand this over to you @hmacdope. You'll probably not want to use the mda theme settings?
