docs: resolve links into MDAnalysis API docs #50

Universe and friends should resolve as links to docs.mdanalysis.org but they don't.

TODO: Mark-up MDA terms with the correct reST construct and check that it works.

(The intersphinx links https://github.com/MDAnalysis/mdaencore/blob/e6364ba476792daa56e02b30f4f2a2c58c4aea37/docs/source/conf.py#L185 should already be present).
