Release 0.4 #44

With py3.12 now fixed, it would be worth getting a release out. This is related to #34 and #43

This will need to be addressed before we can make a release where we can switch out things from the core MDA library: https://github.com/MDAnalysis/hole2-mdakit/issues/33
