Fix docs authors #54

Currently docs point to Ian as the sole author / copyright owner.

This should either a) switch to a dynamic authors list, or b) just say MDAnalysis Team

P.S. I updated the side bar docs link - that was pointing to mdakits-hole2 instead of mdahole2
