GH pages deployment unadvertised + goes to 404 #85

Expected behavior

GH actions claims a deployment to http://www.mdanalysis.org/mdanalysis-sphinx-theme/

Expected behaviour would be:

  1. This link goes somewhere
  2. The docs are advertised

Actual behavior

The link 404s and the docs seem to either point to the RTD link or nothing.
