Error in trover classifier #105

While uploading the wheel:

ERROR    HTTPError: 400 Bad Request from https://upload.pypi.org/legacy/       
         Invalid value for classifiers. Error: Classifier 'Topic ::            
         Scientific/Engineering :: Biophysics' is not a valid classifier.

This needs to be fixed ASAP for release.
