Make a minor release #118

Given the fix introduced in #112, a release is necessary. Currently the deployed version of membrane-curvature does not pass tests.

Are there any objections to me cutting a release?

@IAlibay I think we can have a minor release once #122 is merged. Then it goes with updated docs as well.
