In order for @BFedder's gsoc project to progress we should tie off a release after #42

I would suggest we do a 0.6.0 release of panedr and panedrlite (it's an immediate jump to 0.6.0 for panedrlite, but I think it might be best to keep them in lockstep?).

Current things which need to be in the repo before the release:

[x] #42
[x] Deployment CI is up (@IAlibay to take)
[x] AUTHORS.md & CHANGELOG.md? (I can drop that with the above)

Anything else?

Once #51 is completed, are we good with making the 0.6.0 release?

Looks good to me! ANd I agree to start in version lockstep.
