change doc style to MDA/UserGuide 1.0.0 #124

The docs should look uniform across the mdanalysis.org site.

Apply @lilyminium 's RTD-based style.

If we do one doc style upgrade first (such as PMDA) then we can hopefully use the PR as a blueprint for all the other ones.
