release 0.2.1 #85

We can create a 0.2.1 release (for the SciPy manuscript).

We only added an internal additional timer since 0.2.0.

I am waiting for the automatic PR in https://github.com/conda-forge/pmda-feedstock/pulls to appear.

With PR https://github.com/conda-forge/pmda-feedstock/pull/6 merged, PMDA 0.2.1 is published in all channels. Docs are up https://www.mdanalysis.org/pmda/ and tests passed.
