Cannot get apktool.yml on full decompile

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Decompile any apk choosing as decompile dex or decompile all.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should have apktool.yml output on decompiled folder.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Apktool 4.5 downloaded from https://github.com/pqy330/apktool
I am using apktool 2.0 . Apktool 1.5 gives the yml file. I am facing problem 
only in apktool 2.0
I am using Xperia Ray cm11.

Please provide any additional information below.
The problem occur in only apktool 2.0 with decompile all or decompile dex 
option. If I choose decompile resource only, then its fine.

Ok. I have figured out the problem. The problem was from my custom Rom. A clean 
Rom installation solved it. Thanks
