Update board layers and Platform projects for iMXRT1050-EVKB and MIMXRT1064-EVK #17

Update to latest DFP and BSP versions (14.0.0)
Add support for audio codec (WM8960)
Default linker script is now MIMXRT10nnxxxxx.scf
