My command to run bohra bohra run -c 8 -i ids.tab -j CRL_20210120_ -r GCF_001548355.1_JKo3.fna -p sa -mdu -ma 0 -mc 0

Works on minimal dataset as expected. Trialling on larger in the wild dataset @abcdtree
