[x] Trigger buttons (settings, plans)
[x] Progress header from HTML
[ ] Workouts from JSON, on MyPlanService -> currentPlan -> workouts[] -> exercises[]
[x] Plans are scrollable, the top is not
[x] For small screen ~4 plans should fit
