Add Code of Conduct and Contribution Guidelines #36

Closes #16 .

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Add Code of Conduct.
Add Contribution Guidelines.

Basically, I took tedana´s Code of Conduct and guidelines and adapted them to Aroma. I suggested myself as the point of contact as the COC enforcer, but I'm happy if someone else wants to take that role.
