…ge intensity matching increasing TE. This addresses a recently observed bug in dcm2niix where the wrong tes identifiers are being assigned to the wrong datasets. Implementing a fix in meica.py to head off similar problems in the future.

Unfortunately, since I'm going to archive this repository, I don't think it makes sense to consider merging it. Instead, I'm closing this PR. If you have time and interest in the future, we'd appreciate your contributions on the tedana repository !
