In https://me-ica.github.io/multi-echo-data-analysis/content/08_ICA_Based_Denoising.html we have the ability to provide code to perform ICA-based denoising, with a separate tab for each tool (e.g., Python/nilearn, AFNI, FSL). It would be great to get as many different tools in there as possible. If anyone knows how they would apply tedana classifications in AFNI or FSL, please follow up here.
