AutoTOC is giving System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException for LE1 #2

If I run "AutoTOC.exe -r LE1" it gives me a System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException for the "Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME1\BIOGame\DLC" directory and the PCConsoleTOC.bin is not getting created. I'm playing the steam version and there is no DLC directory for LE1, just for LE2 and LE3. If I create the DLC directory manually, the execption is gone and everything works fine.

Fixed in e083aae07709053d63854742299ac8c6f390f9ec.

As there is an easy workaround for the time being, I am going to leave this issue open and wait a few days or so before putting out a release, in case any more issues crop up.
