Oversight: Diagnostics does not list duplicate mounts #20

LogCollector was ported from ALOTInstallerCore, which checked mods for duplicate mount.dlc mount priorities. However, this didn't make it over to ME3Tweaks Mod Manager, and thus never made it to ME3TweaksCore either. This should be restored for diagnostics.

This was actually never ported to ALOTInstallerCore at all from ALOT-v3's DiagnosticsWindow.
