How did you get the masks

The masks (ground truth) are given with the INBREAST database

.ROI files and xml files are given i don't know how to read the mask from them , could you please help me @MEABECHAR .

@mostafa610 The INBREAST database contains 3 files :

File 1 : AllDICOMs File 2 : CalcificationSegmentationMasks File 3 : MassSegmentationMasks

Calcification and mass masks are provided in file 1 and file 2 in png image.

Thank you for your reply , that's what i have after downloading INBREAST database ss in the readme.txt it is stated the the annotations are in the .roi files or in the .xml files if you have another source for the database i would really appreciate if you tell me so i can have it from there ,thanks @MEABECHAR

Can you show me the content of AIIDICOMs

@MEABECHAR sss sss2 the contents are 410 dcm files which are the images and 2 .m inbreastbuilder shows the distribution of data and the other file is a fumction used in inbreastbuilder
