Add scripts for non-Unix systems. #95

Dependency on "screen" package. Remove dependency if possible.

Also add support to start for other OS.

I think this is a good idea. Maybe there is some update in the README needed also in that case?

easiest way forward is to use docker instead of the bash script, docker/docker compose should be possible (I haven't tested) to run out of the box on any OS
