Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Samsung Transform Ultra (SPH-M930)
Which firmware is installed?
Android 2.3.4 Baseband S:M930.02 x.EG30
What version of wireless tether are you using?
Current Version
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set adapter type to auto, fails connect 
2. Set adapter type to Generic ICS, disable auto reload, enable tether. shows 
active, but AP not available on wifi devices
3. Disable tether, built in wifi no longer works. I'd suspect it has to do with 
an incompatible driver push.

Same phone. Tried multiple settings and configurations...... no luck getting it 
to work. Closest I got was 1 error saying failed to start wifi driver......
