Which device (manufacturer, type)?
Lg Spectrum 
Which firmware is installed?
ICS 4.0.4
What version of wireless tether are you using?
WiFi Tether for Root Users 3.3-pre2 *** EXPERIMENTAL
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Begin WIFI Tether
2. View connection on PC side. Noted the 802.11b standard.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.
I was expecting it to use atleast a 802.11g connection, and I saw no option on 
the interface to select 802.11g, but I suspect if I can find the hostapd config 
file I can change it manually?
