setting ad-hoc mode... FAILED #1772

Which device (manufacturer, type)? Droid 4

Which firmware is installed? 4.1.2

What version of wireless tether are you using? 3.2-beta2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install OTA update
2.Attempt to tether
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expected=done. See=failed

Please provide any additional information below.
Already installed the 4.1.2 update. As I understand, I can't go back and can't 
find a fix. Any help will be appreciate.

Same problem, same phone & settings.
Full root from clean OS install.
Tried various profiles and other known settings that have solved Droid 4 
teathering in the past to no avail.
