What version of wireless tether are you using?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on wireless tether
2. Enable access control
3. Allow a client
4. Allowed client is blocked

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Allowed client is allowed

Same problem with 3.1 Beta 6 & Droid X running .605 gingerbread.
