I cant see any access point when I open wifi from settings

MY PROBLEM: I opened tether for the first time. It warned me for my kernel. I 
ignored it and continue. I just wanted to try. I couldnt know it will cause my 
wifi to disrupt. But then I see that when I want to connect from my original 
wifi settings there is no any access point seen. I scan again and again but 
nothing change. I think tether disabled or somehow affected my original wifi 
settings but I dont know how.(may be it affected my KERNEL) Is there any way to 
back my original settings. 

WHAT I DID: I wiped my rom. I installed official rom. But nothing changed.

You will think that may be there is no any signal in the range. But actually I 
used to see and also connect a lot of open wifi access points from my room. I'm 
still at the same place but I cant see any access points anymore.
