Adjustments in CSVTORDF GWFP to GAMS

[ ] dates like "23 1769" [Ledger A, bk_entry: "By Mr Pendleton for self 43/. J. P. C."
[ ] multiple names separated by comma in bk_between
[ ] additional information in brackets in bk_between Carlyle & Adam (firm)
[ ] Tobacco in bk_between
[ ] dates in bk_between column [Ledger A]
[ ] debit/credit flow for "Cash" different?; when money goes from Ledger A to Cash is still the money of GW;
[ ] mixed number formating in column: 0,75 and 27.0
