Clarify license #1

@jamesdunham I see that you added the MIT license to this repository, but the Terms tab on https://dataverse.harvard.edu/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.7910/DVN/IG0UN2 says it's CC0.

Is there a reason this repository is MIT and not CC0? My intention is to integrate this data into Wikipedia, where my only options are CC licenses, and CC0 is the preferred one.

Thanks :) As a side note, is this a good place to ask questions about the data? Or is there a better venue?
