Remember the last browsed folder #3

To reproduce, click send PRG and choose a PRG from a folder on your drive.

Press the PRG button a second time. The starting folder returns to the one containing the M64connect executable.

Would be handy after a folder change, that the folder is remembered during a session.

Simply set a default path for PRG (and other) file types in menu Settings > File Paths
