"Create ROM patch file" is called accidentally #7

When choosing and using "Create MCS File" from File menu, after the creation of the MCS file and closing the dialog the File menu option "Create ROM Patch File" is being miraculously executed. This applies to Windows version 1.8.

Can't remember when that was but that's fixed.
