Re-connect PSRAM support for Nexys 4 #324

Based on Paul's Facebook post:

after restructuring the RAM expansion framework, we need to re-connect the PSRAM to this, to make it visible to the MEGA65.

@gardners are there any plans to address this issue in the near future? I think it could be a good budget development board for MEGA65 but it makes it difficult if there's no support for expanded memory.
