Describe the bug
In NTSC video mode, the built-in Matrix Mode line editor that opens with Mega+Tab appears to display its bottommost line off screen. When I fill the window with commands such that the prompt is on the bottommost line, it is off screen and I have to type blindly.
To Reproduce
Open Freezer, switch to NTSC video mode, resume
Enter Matrix Mode (Mega+Tab).
Type commands until the screen is full.
Expected behavior
The bottommost line should be visible in NTSC mode. As a user, I don't mind if the screen is one line shorter in NTSC mode, as long as all lines are visible.
I can see the bottommost line in PAL mode, though on my display PAL mode is unusable for other reasons (shifted several inches to the right).
