Ultimax mode cartridge makes MEGAFLASH fail #684

A Ultimax type cartridge (/GAME 0, /EXROM 1) will shadow the ROM area and make MEGAFLASH fail.

This can be reproduced with a EasyFlash 1CR, for example. But I think other EasyFlash carts do the same.

Disabling the cartridge during hyppo seems to be a viable solution, managed to start an EF 1CR cartridge with the current MEGA65 development core.
