Merge development into 736-hardware-iec-accel #805

This merges all changes from the development branch into the 736-hardware-iec-accel branch. There was only one conflict and that was in vivando_wrapper which was resolved by taking the version from development.

I've built this locally, run it, and done some very minimal testing including accesses to a U2+ emulating a 1581 with default and jiffydos roms over IEC.
